Personal Training at Home
Sometimes it is difficult to find time to get to a Gym, when you
have finished your daily chores the only thing you want to do is
to go back to your home, training at home will be advantages to
you in the following ways.

- Saves time travelling to and from the gym - the Trainer comes
to you.
- Saves time messing around with lockers (especially if the lockers
don't work)
- Can be flexible to work around your commitments.
- Less intimidating for you
Most of all, the biggest benefit of training at your home.
- The training we will do in your home will be far more effective
than anything you will do at the gym
- Produce amazing results.
By training at your home, it is impossible for me to short change
you, in a Gym you could be paying £30 and be spending 30 minutes
on the Running Machines, Rowing Machines, Cycles (10 minutes on
each item).

Prices for personal training
£30 for one session or £80 for four sessions.
One session is of variable length from 45 minutes to 90 minutes
depending on your strength and stamina - as you get fitter then
the sessions last longer up to 90 minutes.
When you first start you may only be able to do a 45 minute session
and we will stop at a suitable time when you have done enough exercise
and where working for longer could risk injury. Later as you get
fitter we will spend more time on additional and more demanding
exercises to push you more.
